Return Policy
At Kathleen’s Bridal and Formal Wear we realize that you are purchasing something that is for a very special event. For that reason we "DO" allow returns on our wedding Gowns, Prom dresses and social occasion gowns, with the exception of our clearance and sale gowns. We want you to love your purchase and we will be ready to assist you in finding another gown should you not be happy with the one you ordered. Please read the following guidelines for a return or exchange before you place an order for your gown.
1. You have 2 business days from the time of delivery to notify us that you would like to return the gown. If you need a different size, call us as soon as possible. Many times we will be able to expedite the exchange or help you with suggestions to solve your problem. If you have any questions, you may either email us, or call us on our toll free number at 888-547-0061 Mon-Fri 11am-6pm MST.
2. You need to contact us via email, fax, or phone before the item is returned and we will give you a Return Authorization Number to write clearly on the outside of the box. Any gown returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted or credited to your account.
3. Mail the gown back to us within 3 business days of having received the gown. We must receive the gown within 10 days after we have given you your return authorization. If we do not receive your gown within 10 days, no credit will be given.
4. The box must be prepaid and insured coming back to us.
5. The gown must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all of the original packing materials. All labels and hangtags must be present and be on the gown. They may not be torn off or removed. The gown cannot have been altered. The gown must be in perfect condition—no dirt, make-up, deodorant, perfume etc, absolutely perfect and clean just as you received it.
6. Once we have received your gown, inspected it to be sure it’s as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within the 10 day period, we will issue you an exchange slip or provide a refund back to your original method of payment. The original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. A restock fee of $25.00 formalwear, $50.00 Wedding Gown, $10.00 Accessories will also be deducted from any refund or credit.
7. All Clearance and Sales gowns are on a “ALL Sales are Final” Policy. No return, exchange, or refund. Please double check your measurements with the size chart before you place your order. 8. This return policy is only applicable to Internet Sales. Any special orders, either through the Internet or purchased in our Salon are not part of this exchange/refund policy. Any gown that has been tried on in our Salon and then purchased whether in person or on the Internet may not be returned.
